How to read the live order book
Bids and asks
Bids are buy orders waiting below the price, asks are sell orders waiting above it. The bar at the top shows each side's share of the size resting close to the mid price.
Distance table
Each row adds up the orders within that distance of the mid price. Delta is bids minus asks: a positive number means more size is waiting on the buy side.
Depth profile
Each bar is the size resting in one price bucket, sells above the mid line and buys below it. Bars of 5 BTC or more glow as walls. A bigger bucket groups more price levels into one bar.
Walls can vanish
Resting orders can be cancelled at any moment. A wall that stays put as price approaches means more than one that disappears, so watch it over several updates.
